Damaged Goods:
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 1 day of delivery with photos of the damage to receive a replacement or refund.
No Refunds for:
Candles that are melted, burned, or show signs of use are not eligible for a refund.

Always burn candles within sight and on a heat-resistant surface.
Keep candles out of reach of children and pets.
Trim wicks before each burn to prevent excessive flame.
Extinguish candles completely when not in use.
